To keep the cost of our kits low and pass the savings on to you, we ship a majority of our kits directly from our warehouses and manufacturing facilities located in China's HeNan Province. Under usual circumstances, total delivery time is 12-30 days depending on your location (excluding processing times).
Below are estimated shipping times for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our warehouses. Items sent directly from the vendor may have different shipping times, which will be listed online within the product's description.

Woodbests uses different carriers to ensure your items arrive on time. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.
Our carriers are: 4PX, Yun Express, DHL, FEDEX
The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. If this is the case:
You will not incur additional shipping charges
Your shipping charge (if applicable) will be split across multiple packages when your order is shipped
Please note: Orders being shipped to a P.O. Box address will be delivered by Standard Delivery only and are excluded from the expedited shipping options.
NOTE: If your tracking appears stuck on a certain date, please note that this is entirely normal as the package moves from country to country. As soon as it lands in the US, it will move quickly to your doorstep via USPS!
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
