Free shipping with a $69 purchase.
Free shipping for Canadian customers with orders over $79.
Most of our orders are delivered in about 10 to 15 business days to main countries.
NOTE: For customers in Canada, due to the recent Canada Post strike, we are currently unable to guarantee delivery within normal delivery time. Normally, we will deliver within 5 to 10 days after the strike ends.

Delivery time
Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
Processing time includes the production time of the product.
Production time vary by product type. Common Products require 1-2 days production time, Customized Products take a little longer to produce, usually up to 3-5 days. this time is not included in the shipping time. Thank you for understanding.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
All orders are sent with Tracking ID, you can track your order here.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
Shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays as these are out of our control.
