Delivery time = processing time + shipping time. Shipping estimates are in calendar days, including weekends. They begin after dispatch. They are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Processing before dispatch

Regular products: 1–2 days for processing, including production.
Customized products: 3–5 days for processing and production.
U.S. warehouse items: processed within 24 hours.

Processing time is additional to the shipping estimates above. Choosing fast shipping changes the shipping service, not the production time.

Orders with items from different warehouses

Items may ship separately and arrive on different dates. If your order includes both general-shipping and U.S. warehouse items, separate shipping charges may be combined at checkout. Meeting the US$69 threshold does not waive the U.S. warehouse shipping charge.

General shipping is available to the destinations below, subject to address and product eligibility at checkout.

United States & Canada

General shipping: the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C.; the ten Canadian provinces. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut are not included in this general service.

Selected addresses in the Federated States of Micronesia are also configured for general shipping; confirm availability at checkout.

U.S. warehouse items: available for eligible U.S. destinations, with a different service area. Enter your full delivery address at checkout to see availability.

United Kingdom & Europe

United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Australia & New Zealand

Australia: Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia. Tasmania and the Northern Territory are not currently included.

New Zealand: supported delivery addresses are available at checkout.

Latin America & other destinations

General shipping is available to eligible addresses in Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Mexico.

For destinations not listed here, contact service@woodbests.com before ordering. If no shipping option appears at checkout, we cannot currently accept that combination of items and address through online checkout.

Order & tracking help

How do I track my order?

We email your tracking information when your order is dispatched. If items ship separately, they may have separate tracking numbers.

Visit our Track Order page to check your shipment. Tracking may take 2–5 business days to show its first updates after the shipping notification.

Why is my delivery taking longer?

Carrier disruptions, peak shipping periods, weather and customs clearance can affect arrival times. Customs delays are not included in the shipping estimates above.

If your shipment is past its estimated delivery window, or tracking shows a problem, email us with your order number so we can help check its status.

Customs, duties & taxes

Woodbests covers import duties. Any applicable taxes are calculated based on your country or region and paid as part of your order at checkout.

You do not need to pay additional duties or taxes during delivery. If a carrier asks you for an additional customs or tax payment, contact us at service@woodbests.com before paying so we can help resolve it.

What if my address is wrong or my parcel has a problem?

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

For a missing, damaged or incorrect delivery, email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos if the item or packaging is damaged.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

All returns and order issues must be reported within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. We DO NOT accept returns for refund for any orders that are beyond 30 days from the delivery date.

For the puzzle(s) you received within thirty (30) days of the delivery date that has the following questions, we offer free return and full refunds:

1. Missing or broken pieces.

2. Broken packging.

3. Wrong product received.

4. Other problems caused by us.

We DO NOT accept returns if:

1. The items have already been opened and used.

2. If you directly damage, break, or lose the item - you will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

3. The customer made a mistake when ordering the goods for instance (including but not limited to) wrong model selection, wrong quantity selection, mistake in the nature of the goods.

If you need a return, please contact our customer service team to discuss exact details delivery first.

DO NOT send it back directly without contacting our service personnel, otherwise we will not issue a refund.

Return Shipping Cost Responsibility

- Due to Quality Issues or Incorrect Item Sent: If the return is due to a product defect or our shipping error, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a return label or reimbursement.
-Due to Personal Reasons (e.g., change of mind, not as expected): If the return is not due to a product issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

About Customized Products

Customized products are a special type of product, so our policies are also different.

1. If you cancel the order within 24 hours after placing it, we will provide a full refund.
2. If you cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it, as we have already started production, we will only be able to refund 50% of the order amount.

Why we don't accept Returns & Exchanges: Every order in our store is personalized. It is made entirely under the desires of each buyer. And therefore this order cannot be returned as it cannot be reused. BUT! And this is important. If you have ANY questions about your order, we will help you resolve your issue. It is essential to us that you are satisfied with your order. All our customers are 100% satisfied with the quality and service. This is a priority for us.

Our current production time is 3-5 business days. Estimated shipping time to U.S. is 8-16 business days. Other international locations 10-16 business days.
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can not guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service.

Wooden photo album - these are sealed with Watco Danish Oil Natural. This should protect your book for many years in most conditions. Do not get the books wet, or store in very humid conditions. Water and humidity can cause warping.
