Q: What is the shipping cost? How long will it take to arrive?
A: The shipping cost depends on your address and the weights of your order. Usually the shipping cost is about $5.9/6.9.
We have 3 options of shipping method:
- Standard takes 12-18 days for delivery
- Free Shipping takes about 15-20 days
- Urgent express takes 5-8 days for delivery
International transportation takes a long time, and it may be delayed due to extreme weather, strikes or other irresistible factors. This is a normal phenomenon. You can contact us at service@woodbests.com for more logistics information.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Our system will automatically send the shipping notification email to you when your order is shipped. You can click the link in the email to check your tracking information. Or you can copy the tracking number to track it on 17track (https://www.17track.net/en). If you still do not how to track it, please contact us at service@woodbests.com. We will send the detailed information to you.
Q: What is the shipping date?
A: The off-season delivery time is generally about 7-15 working days after the order is placed. About 10-25 working days in high season.
Q: Are the puzzles suitable for kids?
A: Our regular puzzles are more suitable for adults. They may be a little difficult for kids to complete.
Please note that children must be supervised by adults when playing. Because the puzzle pieces are so small, there may be a choking risk if a child accidentally puts them in their mouth.
Q: How thick are the pieces? And How many pieces and puzzle dimensions?
A: It is 3mm. And the quantity of the puzzle pieces depends on the type the puzzle you have ordered.
Q: What materials are your puzzles made of?
A: Our puzzles are made of high-quality basswood.
Q: Does the puzzle be taken apart safely so you can do it again?
A: Yes, the puzzles can be safely taken apart and it can be used multiple times.
Q: Where are the puzzles shipped from?
A: Our factory based on Asia. So we will ship from Asia.
Q: Why does the same wooden jigsaw have different prices on the website?
A: Hello, the price depends on the size of the puzzle. We have 4 sizes-- Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large Size puzzle.
Q: There is a missing/broen piece of my puzzle, can you help?
A: Yes dear. Please email us at service@woodbests.com and send pictures to us that can show the missing/broken part of your puzzle, we will deal with the problem for you.
Q: Can I see what the customized product looks like before shipped?
A: We will produce the puzzle as the picture you provided to us. And if you want to preview your puzzles please contact us.
Q: Do you have any suggestions to stick the puzzles together? Or do you have sale any product to stick the puzzles together?
A: You can buy the puzzle glue from the market or we suggest you to buy our placing kit which can stick the puzzle pieces well and you can decorate the puzzle on the wall. The placing kit is only suitable for size Small, Medium and Large.
Q: Is there any reference documents or user manual of how to complete the wooden puzzle?
A: Yes, we have provided a picture for reference and you can complete the puzzle in that way.
Q: What measurements are the s, m, and L size options?
A: Dear, the size depends on the size of the puzzle and the numbers of the puzzle pices.Relatively speaking, the larger the size of the puzzle, the more difficult it will be.
Q: Do the pieces splinter or leave little wood shavings behind?
A: No splinters or wood shavings at all. Each piece is of high quality and unique with smooth edges.
Q: I want to cancel my order.
A: If your order isn't already being processed, then yes, we can cancel your order. Email us that you want your order canceled (please include the order number) and we'll cancel it if we can and give you a full refund.
Q: What if I am not satisfied with the puzzle after I received it? Can I return and get a full refund?
A: If you are not satisfied with our product, please email us at service@woodbests.com. Yes you can return, If it is a product quality problem, we accept the return and will give you a full refund. If it is your unilateral problem, then we will check whether the puzzle is intact and can be continued to sell on our website after receiving the product. If so then we will refund you not including the shipping cost.
Q: I found my shipping address was wrong, can I change it?
A: If your order hasn't been shipped, then we can change it for you. Please email us at service@woodbests.com and send the correct shipping address as soon as you can for instance, and we will do our best to get this taken care of for you.
