Returns, Replacements & Refunds
All returns and order issues must be reported within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. We DO NOT accept returns for refund for any orders that are beyond 30 days from the delivery date.
For the puzzle(s) you received within thirty (30) days of the delivery date that has the following questions, we offer free return and full refunds:
1. Missing or broken pieces.
2. Broken packging.
3. Wrong product received.
4. Other problems caused by us.
We DO NOT accept returns if:
1. The items have already been opened and used.
2. If you directly damage, break, or lose the item - you will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
3. The customer made a mistake when ordering the goods for instance (including but not limited to) wrong model selection, wrong quantity selection, mistake in the nature of the goods.
If you need a return, please contact our customer service team to discuss exact details delivery first.
DO NOT send it back directly without contacting our service personnel, otherwise we will not issue a refund.
Return Shipping Cost Responsibility
- Due to Quality Issues or Incorrect Item Sent: If the return is due to a product defect or our shipping error, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a return label or reimbursement. -Due to Personal Reasons (e.g., change of mind, not as expected): If the return is not due to a product issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
About Customized Products
Customized products are a special type of product, so our policies are also different.
1. If you cancel the order within 24 hours after placing it, we will provide a full refund. 2. If you cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it, as we have already started production, we will only be able to refund 50% of the order amount.

This is an Awesome build. Not easy, but so very satisfying to finish. I mounted it on the wall and I love to watch the pendulum swing and see that it keeps perfect time….

My daddy and I had so much fun putting the puzzles together. His clock was the one that looks like a record. I love the rainbow clock. I will say, however, when opening up the rainbow clock. The puzzle pieces were scattered all over the box and 2 puzzle pieces were broken, but it was still fun to put together.
So this is more like 4 1/2

Looks beautiful, but I would agree with others- it needs more holes for the screws. Two screws are not enough to hold all the pieces inside securely. And a suction cup with a hook to hang it from would have been most helpful.
I absolutely love mine! I received it as a birthday present and love it. The only thing that I would suggest is to put 2 more holes with the plastic screws on the bottom. I hung mine on a door and when it bounced against the door it loosened the 2 screws and pieces started falling out. I taped the bottom but 2 more screws would make it look much better!
I got a puzzle for my mom. We enjoyed putting it together. I bought myself a puzzle and I am having a hard time fitting the pieces together in circle dust plate.
These are beautiful puzzles and fun to put together. I got a tree for myself and birds for my daughter in law. Both were very attractive. However, out of the two I purchased one did not have a hanging chain or the clear screws to assemble. My request for the missing parts was satisfied.
I purchased the puzzle for my mother. She will really enjoy putting it together. I was disappointed, however, with the packaging. It arrived in a plain, brown box without a picture for assembly guidance. I came back to the website to take a picture. Without a picture of what the finished product is supposed to look like, it would have become a source of frustration for my mother rather than a fun project to complete. Please rethink your packaging.
Received the Violet Garden Grace and the Wilderness Bloom for a birthday and mother's day gift. The only reason not given 5 stars as no photo of completed puzzle included in packaging
