Shipping rates & timing
General shipping
Our regular collection
For eligible items using our general shipping service.
Free standard shipping on qualifying orders of US$69 or more. Applies to eligible general-shipping items and destinations. U.S. warehouse shipping charges are excluded.
Ships from the USA
U.S. warehouse items
For selected items fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse, to eligible U.S. addresses.
Shipping is calculated by shipment weight. The final charge is shown at checkout.
See example weight-based rates
| Shipping weight | Charge (USD) |
|---|---|
| 1 g–1 kg | $7.90 |
| Over 1–1.25 kg | $8.79 |
| Over 1.25–1.5 kg | $9.59 |
| Over 1.5–1.75 kg | $10.39 |
| Over 1.75–2 kg | $11.19 |
Higher weight brackets have different rates. Check your shipping total before completing your order.
U.S. warehouse items do not qualify for the US$69 free-shipping offer.
Delivery time = processing time + shipping time. Shipping estimates are in calendar days, including weekends. They begin after dispatch. They are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. All rates on this page are in USD; your checkout displays the applicable shipping charge in its selected currency.
Processing before dispatch
- Regular products: 1–2 days for processing, including production.
- Customized products: 3–5 days for processing and production.
- U.S. warehouse items: processed within 24 hours.
Processing time is additional to the shipping estimates above. Choosing fast shipping changes the shipping service, not the production time.
Orders with items from different warehouses
Items may ship separately and arrive on different dates. If your order includes both general-shipping and U.S. warehouse items, separate shipping charges may be combined at checkout. Meeting the US$69 threshold does not waive the U.S. warehouse shipping charge.
Review the available shipping options and total charge before paying.

Order & tracking help
How do I track my order?
We email your tracking information when your order is dispatched. If items ship separately, they may have separate tracking numbers.
Visit our Track Order page to check your shipment. Tracking may take 2–5 business days to show its first updates after the shipping notification.
Why is my delivery taking longer?
Carrier disruptions, peak shipping periods, weather and customs clearance can affect arrival times. Customs delays are not included in the shipping estimates above.
If your shipment is past its estimated delivery window, or tracking shows a problem, email us with your order number so we can help check its status.
Customs, duties & taxes
Woodbests covers import duties. Any applicable taxes are calculated based on your country or region and paid as part of your order at checkout.
You do not need to pay additional duties or taxes during delivery. If a carrier asks you for an additional customs or tax payment, contact us at service@woodbests.com before paying so we can help resolve it.
What if my address is wrong or my parcel has a problem?
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
For a missing, damaged or incorrect delivery, email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos if the item or packaging is damaged.
